§ 1 Scope of application
Tapis-service and the customer are subject to the following GTC in their version valid at the time of the order. Tapis-Service will not accept deviating regulations, unless they are confirmed in writing by Tapis-service.
§ 2 Conclusion of contract
The contract between Tapis-service and the customer comes about by signing the order form. In this order form, the customer has, among other things, Also specify the type of carpet it is about and whether the customer wants a perfume after cleaning.
§ 3 Prices
The prices valid at the time of conclusion of the contract, which can be seen from our homepage, our flyers or from our notice in the shop. The prices already include VAT.
§ 4 Execution
Tapis-service commits itself to appropriate and gentle carpet cleaning. As a rule, machine cleaning with carpet foam is performed. Exceptions are the following carpets, which require hand cleaning: woolen carpets, hand-knotted carpets, silk carpet and carpets of natural colors. Removal of soiling and stains can only be carried out as far as is possible according to the technical and technical state of modern carpet cleaning.
§ 5 Disclaimer:

Particularly in the case of wool carpets, hand-knotted carpets, silk carpets and carpets of natural colors, there is the danger of color obliteration or yellowing.
§ 6 Cancellation
Tapis-service shall be entitled to withdraw from the contract if the carpet is cleaned due to the fact that the order is not feasible due to its non-obvious nature, as stated in § 5. In the case of withdrawal from the contract, the customer has only a right to free return of the carpet in the condition left to Tapis-service.
The customer can withdraw from the contract within 24 hours from conclusion of the contract. Tapis-service has to be replaced by Tapis-seervice. These include, as well as the cost of partial cleaning, e.g. Pre-wash as well as travel expenses.
§ 7 Payment, due date
The invoice amount is generally due upon delivery to the customer or upon collection and payable in cash. A different regulation, the transfer of the invoice amount within 2 weeks after delivery or collection, is to be indicated on the order form.
§ 8 Travel expenses
If Tapis-service charges travel costs, then only after prior agreement. Travel costs start from 10.00 € depending on the region.
§ 9 Date of processing
Tapis service will execute the order after 5 days from order delivery. This is a non-committal commitment and Tapis service will do this as much as possible. Unless that Tapis-service has a fixed date in writing.
§ 10 Defects
The customer must notify any complaints within five days after delivery or collection. From the sixth day onwards, the service rendered is deemed to have been duly executed and accepted by the customer.
§ 11 Statutory provisions, Severance clause
In addition to these terms and conditions or for all cases not regulated in these General Terms and Conditions, the statutory provisions shall apply. Should individual provisions of these General Terms and Conditions be invalid, this shall not affect the effectiveness of the other provisions.
