Maintenance Plan

The Maintenance Plan is an on-going maintenance plan designed to keep your floors and soft furnishings clean, healthy and looking good all year long, year after year. You will actually save more money than you realise because you can expect your floors and soft furnishings to last two to three times longer before you need to replace them. And best of all, they’ll always look good.  You get clean healthy floors and soft furnishing all year – which makes your home healthier!

1- Why did we choose to introduce the Maintenance Plan?

We decided to develop a program which would be the easiest, most cost-effective and hassle-free way for you to enjoy the cleanest, healthiest floors and soft furnishing all year round, year after year.

This package is designed for our clients who want to keep their floors looking their best all year round and want us to be on call for specialist stain removal, as well as receiving exclusive special offers.

By spreading the cost of their cleaning over the course of the year, you have the peace of mind that your floors and soft furnishings will always look their best with a annual clean and one Free Emergency Spot Removal Visit included in the package.

For a small payment by direct debit each month, you have total peace of mind that you need never worry about your flooring and soft furnishings again.

Some clients have their entire house on the Maintenance Plan,. Other clients cover the rooms which have the most use with the plan, and then when they book their anniversary or highlight clean, also book a one-off clean for other rooms if they need it, or add rooms to the plan.

– You will have 100% peace of mind knowing that, all the cleaning you need is included for the carpets you include on the Maintenance Plan. So your floors will look perfect all year round!
– We are always at the end of the phone to give advice
– The Maintenance Plan includes one Free Emergency spot removal visit a year.

We will provide the most thorough clean possible, and protect your flooring using the most effective treatments. This will protect your family against allergies and bad indoor air quality as our service eliminates dust mites and bacteria which can trigger and aggravate allergies, skin complaints and asthma.

D – Financial Savings

We give you discount off the cost of the initial clean, of the carpets, you include on your Maintenance Plan. This is our way of saying Thank you for joining our Maintenance Plan.

You are then only paying for your next full clean and protection (Anniversary Clean) which will be in manageable monthly installments (payable by standing order).

3 – What does the Maintenance Plan include?

A – The Maintenance Plan includes 2 Cleans:

Month 1: INITIAL CLEAN

During this clean we:
– Move larger items of furniture (conditions apply)
– Vacuum thoroughly, including around the edges
– Pre-spot difficult spots and stains
– Apply pre-spray on all heavy traffic lanes and oily and greasy marks
– Use our specialist high pressure, hot water extraction washing process
– Rinse to retard re-soiling
– Apply a protector, to protect against permanent staining and to help keep your carpets cleaner for longer.

Month 12: ANNIVERSARY CLEAN

During this clean we:
– Move larger items of furniture (conditions apply)
– Vacuum thoroughly, including around the edges

– Apply pre-spray on all heavy traffic lanes and oily and greasy marks
– Use our specialist high pressure, hot water extraction washing process
– Rinse to retard re-soiling

B – One Emergency Spot Removal Visit

We make no additional charge for One Emergency Spot Removal visit in the year. (Free spot removal visit apply specifically to flooring and soft finishing included in your Plan. Spot removal to any other item not included in your Maintenance Plan will be charged for. However you will receive a 20% discount from our normal charge).

C – 20% Discount on any additional work

If you require additional work, which is not included on your Plan, you will receive up to 20% discount.

D- Free Bottle of Professional Spot Remover

You will receive a FREE bottle of Professional Spot Remover, so that you can take care of any small disasters yourself.

E- Membership to your Our Client Referral Programme

This means that every client you refer to us, who uses our services, you will be rewarded. So the more clients you
refer, the more you will benefit.

F- Membership to our Help Line Programme

This gives you free phone consultation during business hours. If you have spill something and don’t know what to do, give us a call between 9am-5pm Monday to Friday and we will advise you.

G – Free subscription to our regular newsletter & exclusive special offers on other services

This contains valuable information, stories and tips, plus letters from other clients. There is also a competition for Children. Also included in the newsletter are exclusive special offers.
